i remember when i used to avidly read conversations about #CDrama and #KDrama eagerly looking for more to add to my watch list.
Now I just keep reading until I find the post which tells me I won't be able to cope with it and this is another series I should probably miss.
How do you stress addicts manage it? Like seriously. How do you cope with all of the cortisol and stress reactions from your entertainment?
@emmaaum For less stressful dramas, I'd recommend Meet Yourself (the first two eps are a bit tough, but it's all about healing from those events) and Love me, Love Your voice.
I'm a little like @geraineon - I like blood & misunderstandings in my dramas. Unlike some folks, I liked the endless misunderstandings in Love and Redemption for example, cos they're so amusing to me.

@emmaaum @geraineon nah lots of folks like you. I just tend to skew bloodthirsty. Tho there are times I want something relaxing too.

@liztai I haven't found them on MDL either, not for violence. Not keen on Reddit but maybe I'd be less lonely there.
@emmaaum Reddit r/CDrama can be an acquired taste. It can get a little noisy and chaotic there and it is not as pleasant as in Mastodon. Meaning fights break out there sometimes. I know cos I am one of the mods that have to break it up 
but quite a number of folks who like slice of life stuff are there. I am pretty sure most of us here do occasionally watch quieter dramas too tho @geraineon
@liztai@hachyderm.io @emmaaum@zirk.us I watch on average 2-3 cdramas a year, and I'm usually only interested in wuxia or historical for cdramas, which will likely involve people killing each other and some melodrama. For all others, I go to anime. So for me specifically, lol no. I don't watch calm and chill cdramas
