On our post-sunrise walk this morning the dog ignores the 'roo and the 'roo, though used to us, stays alert - the latter's not worried enough, though, to hop away even though she has a small joey in her pouch.

Skye, our long-haired , has seen enough kangaroos in her day, she's 12, to not be at all interested in them (or, at least, not most of the time).

A dog, a border collie, walks along a gravel track from right to left in the image. She’s looking straight ahead and is ignoring the kangaroo which is standing off the track on the grass on the dog’s right hand side. The kangaroo is only about 2 or 3 metres from the dog and is looking at the dog.
