Here’s a thing I just learned. If you’re going through ORD (Chicago) and going from domestic to international, the little bus that takes you to terminal 5 and bypasses security is NOT RUNNING. You have to take the train AND pass security AND there’s no TSA Pre after 8pm so you’re walking 2km and passing security. Budget 2 hours. I had 47 min and made it by 30 seconds. Wow. Heart Rate is 148. Yikes. #travel #traveler #traveltips
@shanselman yeah, that BS is how we missed a connection last year. I broke my rule about never connecting through ORD it cost me a hotel stay and bus trip the next day.
