It’s been a beautiful spring here in Monterey. The tourists are starting to arrive. It’s getting warmer. I don’t need to bundle up anymore. I’m starting to want to ride my bike more.. (not frosty, but I am very demotivated to ride my bike in the dark)
I am having a good couple of days with the sun. Feels like my friend is back and I understand the world again.
@skinnylatte I love reading posts like this, because my own experience of the transition from winter to spring is more like losing a friend and gaining enemies (searing brightness and heat, mosquitos).
Being able to bring to mind people who thrive in this weather makes it easier to get on with. 
Like "So-and-so must be super happy right now!"
Ironically, the person I used to think of for this moved to Norway.
