So I binged LOST, fully expecting to be disappointed all over again. I don't know if I wasn't paying attention the first time around, or just got annoyed by Christian imagery, but it's not nearly the shit show I remembered it being. Actually a pretty satisfactory resolution.
@ttscoff lost is an all timer. When I finish my watch through of X-Files, Lost may be next. Or maybe The Expanse. Or maybe Battlestar Galactica. Haha!
@danedeasy ooh, I should do X-files. Does it hold up? I loved that show.
@ttscoff it holds up incredibly! It’s a masterful blend of drama, camp and suspense. I especially love the goofy more meta episodes that are self-referential. It’s brilliant. Also it’s surprising how great the cinematography is for the time. They really went for it.
@danedeasy in trying to get into Silo right now but it’s been slow going.
