Today technology and i just do not mix:
- game refused to start. apparently due to a driver update issue, took ~3h to debug
- took about 1h to figure out some sort of voice chat system that 3 (computer literate!) people can use
- my steam deck refused to connect to the dock (so i couldn't use it to play my game 😭 )

- smoke alarm decided it's time to start chirping. replaced the batteries with new ones, reinstalled it. Then it kept chirping.
- finally got my game running on my desktop, one of the fans apparently is failing, and is screeching worse than the smoke alarm.

I'm just going to crawl into bed and pretend the day just didn't happen.
