This little ringtail was hiding on the tree branch, hoping because he couldn't see me, I couldn't see him. 
It's wet tonight. I think it will be back under the eaves before too long.
Possum Update: All good in #Possum land. Chewie was waiting for me to get home from the office tonight. Gave her a date, then her tea. When I checked how she was going, one of the ringtails was on the rail. It got some banana.

Possum Update: No brushtails today. The two eaves trays had ringtails in residence. This little one was shy but still took the date.
Possum Update: Both brushtail possums have been up in the far eaves tray today. They were waiting for me this evening. A date each while I got their little bowl ready. Hopefully, Chewie (L) and Little Buddy (R) don't knock it off the tray. They can be a bit messy. They will head out into the garden on secret possum business soon.
Good news possum friends. Chewie the common brushtail #PossumsOfMastodon is safely in her eaves tray this morning. Had a snack. Obviously no problem with that!
The ringtail lost the drey they had built with wind but will rebuild.
Hope everyone else is ok and power is restored soon for the 250,000 properties in SE Qld.
#PossumsOfMastodon update. Got home late this evening & Chewie had already ventured out. Fed the ringtail that was waiting. Chewie came back when she saw us home. She had a couple of dates then banana, apple and raw oats.

Possum update: Everyone great. Both Chewie and Little Buddy shared the eaves tray today. They were happy to see me arrive home from the office at dusk. Enjoying their dinner, then they will head out into the garden on secret #brushtail #possum business.

Possum update: Chewie and Little Buddy the #brushtail #possums were back in the eaves tray today. They have been AWOL for about a week. Some blueberries for breakfast, good sleep then now dinner before they head off tonight.

Possum update: Had to trim the tree next to the verandah after storm damage. There were two dreys up high so I made sure they got left alone. Little Buddy & Chewie #brushtail #PossumsOfMastodon were back in the eaves tray. Enjoy a date each before dinner.
Chewie and Little Buddy spent the day up in the eaves tray today. Evening snacks of sweet potato, banana and oats enjoyed. Out on secret possum business now. I suspect Little Buddy is an offspring of Chewie. They spend quite a lot of time together.

#Possum update: Got home fairly late from the office. Chewie the common brushtail and Little Buddy were awake and watching out for me. They are eating a date here. The 2 other ringtails showed up when the food bowl showed up. Everyone happy.

Possum. Update: Chewie the brushtail and Louisa the ringtail are busy sharing their dinner. They seem to get on ok since there is plenty to eat. Big storms going through now so not sure if they are rushing out into the garden any time soon.
