Had my first male fail when running errands today 🥹 I got a "thanks miss" from someone.

While that's not quite how I identify, it's a wonderful signal that I'm succeeding in presenting differently than before. #TransJoy

Visual Studio (the community edition) has finally updated my name (not auto-generated logo with my initials) in the program after I updated the account ~2 months ago and it makes me so happy!
It's there!
It's mine!
And I like it.

Went for a long walk on my way to pick up groceries.

A worker that I haven't seen in a while was on cash. I like her 'cause she's always so nice; she reminds me of my mom.

She called next in line, but some elderly person got confused and went ahead of me.

And of course - as has been established - I didn't mind, and just prepared to wait for them (they were buying a jar of jam or something).

The cashier said, "oh, wrong lady; but it's okay."

I was too giddy to notice the, "It's okay," was because someone opened the cash right beside me.

One of the neat things about being a queer trans womanlike thing is that sometimes i can go days without talking to or even thinking about a man

Nothing against men, just as a lifelong feminist (imagine 🙄) that had always previously admired femininity from the outside, i never thought that would be possible and i just think it's neat 🥔

#3GoodThings:

1. I've had some virus or other the last couple of days (probably for a couple before, but just thought I had one too many glasses of wine last night), and ice cold water down a very sore throat is so gratifying.

2. Subscribing to #TransJoy is the gift that keeps on giving.

3. I just don't give a monkey's, and keep going. Old trans ladies are bulletproof. (As far as anybody else knows.)
